Local Anderson, South Carolina Navy Veteran Receives a New Roof from Guy Roofing in Time for the Christmas Holiday

December was a busy month for our Guy Roofing team, full of Christmas cheer and presents, but one thing we never forget is the true meaning of the season.

Guy Roofing took this to heart as they embarked on installing a brand new, top of the line roof for Mr. Robert Fortenberry, a U.S. Navy veteran now living in Anderson, South Carolina. Guy Roofing partnered with Purple Heart Homes to provide Mr. Fortenberry with the new roof for his home and detached garage.

“I don’t think we will truly ever be able to give back enough to our veterans as they sacrifice so much for this country. Being able to replace Mr. Fortenberry’s roof during the Christmas season is something that is very special to me, as the season reminds us of the greatest gift of all – Jesus Christ – and the unwavering love He has for all of us,” said Jeff Guy, Vice President of Guy Roofing.

Mr. Fortenberry was present during the roof replacement and was shocked at the quality and quickness of the Guy Roofing team saying, “I’m going to be the biggest Guy Roofing advocate from here on. I can’t say thank you enough. You don’t know what this means to me and my family.”
